Epigenomics Sequencing

Epigenomics is the study of changes in the gene activity regulation and expressions that are not dependent on DNA sequences. Epigenomics refers to an analysis of epigenetic changes in the entire genome sequence. The epigenetic changes involve in the DNA histone modification and DNA methylation which have been developed for the profiling of the epigenome using various advanced NGS platforms. DNA methylation profiling is a key in identifying the potential biomarkers for the therapeutic interventions.

we are providing different methods for methyl-sequencing including Whole Genome Bisulfite Sequencing (WGBS), MBD (methyl-CpG binding protein) Capture Sequencing, Reduced Representation Bisulfite Sequencing (RRBS) and ChIP Sequencing.
