Sanger Sequencing: You will receive .ab1 chromatogram files. We recommend starting with <strong>SnapGene Viewer</strong> or <strong>FinchTV</strong>.

NGS Projects: You will receive FASTQ (raw) and/or BAM (aligned) files. Use <strong>IGV</strong> for the best experience.
